02. Data, purposes and legal grounds

Processing activities must be defined according to the systems actually used and the nature of the request. The scope below should be verified against the company's data processing inventory.

03. Transfers and retention

The providers used for email, hosting and communication services, and any mechanisms for international data transfers, have not yet been verified. The final notice should state which data is transferred to which recipient groups, for what purposes and on what legal grounds.

Clicking the WhatsApp link takes you to a third-party service. Activities on that service are also subject to its provider's privacy terms. Website fonts are loaded through Google Fonts; the data flows and transfer conditions associated with these connections should be assessed before publication.

Retention periods for correspondence and technical records must be determined by the company. The procedures for deletion, destruction or anonymisation when processing conditions no longer apply should also be explained alongside these periods.

04. Cookies and local storage

The current preference panel saves your choice in local storage under the key ozkahil-cookie-preference-v1 . This is a local storage record, not a browser cookie. No automatic expiry is defined; you may change your preference or remove the record by clearing your browser's site data.

The current implementation has no advertising or analytics integration linked to this preference record. If such services are added later, their types, providers, durations and appropriate consent mechanism should be specified separately.

05. Your personal data rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, where the applicable conditions are met, you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• Learn which third parties receive your data in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information, or deletion or destruction under the conditions set out by law.
• Request that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
